77th Wisconsin Council of Deliberation

To the officers and members of the Wisconsin Council of Deliberation, State Grand Loyal Lady Ruler, officers, and members of Wisconsin Grand Assembly, Sovereign and Grand Inspectors General, Illustrious Commanders-in-Chief, Sublime Princes, Loyal Lady Rulers, and Loyal Ladies of the Golden Circle.

By the power and authority vested in me as the Most Illustrious Commander-in-Chief and Illustrious Deputy for the Orient of Wisconsin, I Sovereign Grand Inspector General Marshall E. Tharpe, 33° do hereby proclaim the 77th Wisconsin Council Deliberation session will convene on Friday, October 23rd, and end on Sunday, October 25, 2026. The official session will begin on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 8:00 a.m.

The agenda has been emailed. I look forward to fellowshipping with all Fraters and Loyal Ladies this year, gladly in person. Please come support. There will be hospitality after the banquet.
